On 3 February 2026, the meeting (Klausurtag) of the Research Programme (FSP) ‘Cultural Encounters – Cultural Conflicts’ took place in Innsbruck. Florian Schaffenrath presented the new SFB Neo-Latin in the Modern World. The brief presentation was followed by a lively discussion in which the participants also explored possible collaborations.

On 28 January 2026, our Neo-Latin Fellow Alessandro Bonvini who contributed to our SRA as one of our Neo-Latin Fellows gave his final talk “Anxiety and Authority:Erasmus’s Dialogue with Italian Humanism” in Innsbruck.
