Today, Riccardo Stigliano was welcomed at the Department of Classics and Religious Studies at the University of Ottawa for the next two months, where he’ll be working alongside Professor Geoffrey Greatrex under the Doctoral Mobility Program (DMP).

His project builds directly on Professor Greatrex’s own scholarship, which includes a commentary on the first two books of Procopius’ Wars (the Persian War). Riccardo’s research extends this work to the next book of Procopius’ history. We wish Riccardo a fulfilling time in Ottawa
