Patryk M. Ryczkowski, PI in the Sub-Project 6 Neolatin and the Newcomers and currently also a MSCA Postdoctoral Fellow at the Vilnius University, participated in the 15th annual REFORC conference in Wrocław from 19 to 21 May 2026. Pursuing the leading topic of the Christian materiality, he organised a panel devoted to the material representations of saints which included also the papers delivered by his colleagues from Prague, Marie Škarpová and Daniel Soukup.

Using this opportunity, Patryk conducted an archive research in Wrocław and Cracow. In addition, he gave a guest lecture on the Basilian hagiography for the local branch of the Polish Philological Association at the University of Wrocław as well as for the Laboratory for Ancient Literature, Classical Tradition, and Modernity (PLATAN) at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow; the latter was followed by a workshop for the students.
